It’s that time of year again, when we turn our focus to the Easter Holiday Season and spring flowers for our churches and fundraisers. The plants are coming along happily in our state of the art greenhouse facility. The growers are doing a fantastic job, based upon the many wonderful comments received from our Christmas customers.

Changes for 2013
If you ordered from us at Christmas, you know that we have made some significant changes in the way we take the orders and deliver the plants. The plants are now sold by the case. The number of plants per case are indicated on the brochure, so please be mindful of that when you place your order. The advantage of cases is the superior protection they offer during delivery and handling, thus preserving the quality of the plants during shipment. Additionally, it allows us to significantly reduce loading time and order errors. Unfortunately, the colored foil pot covers cannot be placed on the pots prior to packaging but will be handed to you at the time of delivery or pick up. I do apologize for this inconvenience, but I have not found a solution that will give our customers the color selection they desire, yet allow our packaging process to operate efficiently.
Just like last Easter/Spring, we will be making deliveries in the large van-type trucks. These trucks allow us to maximize the route and reduce the time spent traveling for each of our drivers. However, the challenges we found by using these larger trucks were the delivery access and location. We encourage our customers to please consider parking concerns prior to the delivery date.
As we all know too well, the price of gasoline, fuel oil, electricity and labor have gone up. All of these affect our growing operation and delivery process. Please know we continue to make strides to provide high quality products and excellent service while still remaining competitive. I appreciate your understanding and patience as we move forward. We value each and every one of our customers.
